Delivery Electronic Items

Delivery of Accessories
Free delivery is available for Accessories with minimum purchase amount of AED 199 and for those products below AED 199, standard charges of AED 20 per order is applied. Goods are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.

International Delivery

Other delivery information
Please allow additional days for your delivery to take place when there are in borders of UAE cities and respective Country Holidays. Also, please allow additional days during our sale promotions i.e. DSF, Summer Promotions and so on.

Payment Confirmation
The customer will receive an email confirmation of the order stating the payment is due by COD. Upon delivery. the due payment will be collected and the order will be handed over. This will complete the transaction & order will be closed.

Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund, provided you have initiated the return within 7 days from the delivery of the product. Just make sure to contact us within 2 business days from the day your order is delivered to initiate the return and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Once we receive the order returns, the refund payment will be processed within 10-45 working days.
